An engine to reshape
European CCI policy
Ekip — European Knowledge and Innovation Platform — is a Horizon Europe initiative designed to transform how policy is made for Cultural and Creative Industries. It connects practitioners, researchers, and policymakers to co-create evidence-based recommendations grounded in the real needs of Europe's creative sector.
Nextatlas joined the ekip consortium as the intelligence layer: building and running a live social media observatory dedicated to the European CCI community. Our role was to ensure that the voices of thousands of creators, designers, architects, publishers, and cultural workers actually shaped the policy agenda.
Each cycle, Nextatlas findings fed dedicated workshops, called Policy Corners, where practitioners and policymakers debated the insights and turned them into concrete recommendations.
