DATA CONTROLLER
We (iCoolhunt S.p.A.) are the controllers for the processing of your data, and if you have a question you can write to us at the following address:

We hereby inform you that we will process your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in full respect of your rights and, in particular, your privacy.

DATA
We will process, the following data:
Registration data - when your register, we record and store your personal data (first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, password, fiscal code, etc.).
Profile data - When you add new data to your profile, or modify the existing ones, we record and store your personal data.
Log data - When you connect to our system, this will automatically record information that your computer sends us. This information may relate to the contents uploaded, the transactions concluded, the operations performed by you, the IP address and MAC address from which you are connecting, date and time of your connection, etc.
Cookie - When you use our services, we may send one or more cookies (small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie is deleted after the browser is closed. A persistent cookie remains on your computer after you have closed the web browser and may be used by us during subsequent visits to our site but only to the extent strictly necessary to provide the services you ask for (with authentication function, customization, etc.). We send persistent cookies only if the configurations of your browser allows this. In any case, the persistent cookies can be removed by
using the options of your browser.
Communications: when you send us an e-mail or another communication, we record and store such communication.

PURPOSES
Your personal data will be processed with the following purposes:

PROCESSING METHODS

The provision of the data is voluntary but it is essential to provide you our services.
If you refuse to give us your personal data we will not be able to provide you with our services.

These rights include, but are not limited to, the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not data concerning you exist and to be informed of them in intelligible form, information about the source of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the updating, correction or integration of your data, the erasure, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of personal data processed unlawfully, and the right to object, in whole or in part, to their use.
